Visitors explore healing workshops, holistic stalls, and live demonstrations at the Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre in Los Montesinos.

This December, Los Montesinos will welcome visitors to the third Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre at the PA Community & Wellbeing Centre, taking place on Saturday and Sunday December 6-7, from 10am to 5pm each day.
The event offers a weekend dedicated to holistic therapies, spiritual guidance, and community connection for anyone seeking personal growth, healing, or simply a like-minded atmosphere.
Whether you are looking to explore new techniques, experience energy healing, or connect with practitioners and fellow wellness enthusiasts, the fayre promises a truly immersive experience.

A Rich Weekend Programme
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of complementary therapies, energy work, mediumship, tarot and oracle readings, and other holistic experiences. In addition, the fayre features numerous retail stalls selling crystals, aromatherapy products, handmade wellness items, and other mindful treasures. The Zen Café will be serving homemade refreshments and providing a peaceful space for visitors to relax, reflect, and connect with others in a welcoming, calm environment.
On Saturday, the programme kicks off at 11am with Lynda Brettle Cockman leading a session titled “Become the Best Version of Yourself” using the Emotion and Body Code technique. At 12pm, the Melody Makers Choir will perform, setting a joyful tone, followed by a mediumship demonstration from Debbie Blevins at 1 pm. Sheila Pye will offer an animal Reiki session at 2pm, and the day concludes with Paul Hamnett’s 3pm talk on the benefits of meditation.
Sunday continues the holistic journey, beginning at 11am with Lynda Brettle Cockman providing gentle healing for children and pets. At 12pm, Sarah Dougan will introduce attendees to the basics of crystal healing, followed by Ang Ham’s 1pm mediumship demonstration. Paul Hamnett will then explore frequency healing using the Rife machine at 2pm, and the weekend concludes with Stephanie Cooke’s 3:30pm hypnotherapy session.
Community and Connection
The fayre is designed to be inclusive, with free entry, a family-and-dog-friendly environment, and opportunities for visitors to engage directly with practitioners.
With only one stall remaining for those wishing to join, the event also provides a platform for holistic therapists to share their work.
