The Mind Body Spirit Festival is marking its 10th anniversary at the NEC with a celebration of spirituality, wellness, and deep connection.
The 2025 festival runs between November 14 and November 16 and is all about self-love and joy, with the various stage schedules having been curated with those eager to expand their self-awareness in mind.
With more than 111 free sessions aimed at inspiring and empowering attendees, organisers have said there is something for everyone, with a jam-packed schedule of transformative talks, enlightening workshops, rejuvenating sound baths, breathwork sessions, and soul-nourishing ceremonies, all included in the ticket entry.
TV favourites Paul McKenna and Michele Knight will be part of the programme, as well as main stage spiritual coach, Karen Ruimy, Out of Body Experience expert Jade Shaw, authors Emma Mumford, Estelle Bingham and Francesca Amber, This Morning’s astrologer Hagan Fox, and Buddhist monk Gelong Thubten.
The event is also offering a wealth of paid experiences with industry favourites Nicky Alan, Chloe Smith, Kwali Kumara and Ya’Acov Darling Khan.
A spokesman for the festival spoke about some of the other events and exhibits on offer.
The spokesman said: “As Christmas approaches, don’t forget to visit our Wellbeing Market which boasts more than 125 unique, ethically-sourced brands, perfect for finding beautiful gifts for your loved ones, so think beautiful crystals, organic beauty products, yoga essentials, lovingly crafted gifts and divine essential oils.
