SANDPOINT — The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce proudly welcomes Lake Life Wellness Center & Yoga Studio to its downtown Sandpoint community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating its grand opening.
Founded by Dr. Jamie Davis, DAOM, LAc, Lake Life Wellness Center brings an integrative, science-based approach to holistic health and wellness. Formerly known as Lake Life Acupuncture, Dr. Davis has expanded her long-standing practice into a comprehensive wellness hub located at 200 Main Street in downtown Sandpoint.
Dr. Davis has been in practice since 2006 and part of the Sandpoint and Hope community for the past nine years. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, is a certified Functional Medicine practitioner, and also holds a Master’s in Medical Anthropology. Her extensive training includes internships in China, Taiwan, and New York, and she has published a book titled “Acupuncture and the Extracellular Matrix: Exploring a Biomedical Mechanism”.
Lake Life Wellness Center now offers an expanded range of services including Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Medicine, Esthetics, Massage Therapy, Microneedling, Facial Rejuvenation, Halotherapy Infrared Sauna, Ionic Foot Detox, and a full Yoga Studio offering Gentle Flow, Chair Yoga, Restorative, and Lunchtime Flow classes.

The newly renovated 5,300-square-foot historic building features eight treatment rooms, an ionic detox room, an infrared halotherapy sauna room, a yoga and classroom space, a retail area, and locally inspired décor that reflects the beauty of Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille. The center welcomes new patients, offers memberships, and accepts most major insurance plans, including the VA.
